Office Space: Washington High School totals 113,505 square feet over four stories. Anchor tenant New Seasons Market has taken the entire fourth floor and half of the third floor for their corporate offices. Other tenants include Copious Creative, Brink Communications, Struck Creative, Archrival, Switchboard, Harvest PR & Marketing, Optimist, Nonstop Administration and Insurance, Murmur Creative, Walker Tracker, Accompani, character3creative, The 211 Collective, Snapshot, Cash Music, artist Kelly Rae Roberts, attorney Sean Riddell, Revolution Hall, Martha’s and The Assembly Lounge.

Revolution Hall: At the heart of Washington High School is a historic auditorium and performance center which features a full wrap around balcony named Revolution Hall. For many years this space supported the creativity of students, showcasing scores of school plays and orchestral performances. Like the rest of the building, the auditorium has been fully renovated and modernized, yet continues to retain its high school character and charm. Operated by Mississippi Studios, this venue can accommodate events from 50 to 850 people.

Roof Top Deck: There are few places in Portland’s east side where you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the downtown skyline and West Hills. Washington High School features a brand new 2,680 square foot roof terrace - a perfect setting for an outdoor wedding, reception or party. The deck can accommodate gatherings of 20 to 200 guests.
