Annual Meeting for All Class Reps for the WA HI Oaks Park Multi Class Alumni Reunion July 11, 2012.
Reunion Mailing Flyers have been printed. Please have at least one of your Class Year Reps attend this meeting to pick up your Oaks Park Reunion Flyers. If All the Class Reps can attend, please try to do so. You will have the opportunity to see the Community School where the Alumni Picnic proceeds have been donated to enhance the lives of many school age children.
We are asking our Class Rep to forward a copy of your CLASS YEAR "Mailing List" to our Executive Committee for safe keeping. As a Class Rep you will continue the responsibility of mailing the Reunion Flyers to your Classmates. But in case a Class Rep is unable (in the future) to handle the mailing, the Executive Committee can do a mailing to your Classmates.
The mailing lists will be kept PRIVATE AND SECURE. Please forward your Class Mailing List to the Executive Committee at [email protected] or bring a copy with you to the April 5th All Rep Meeting.
